ABOUT US
Meet Chris Germain, owner of Richmond Import Service. In 1988, Chris started his career at a locally owned Toyota dealership, were he became one the youngest known technicians at the time to achieve Master Toyota Technician Certification and achieved Master Diagnostic Technician Certification shortly afterwards.
In 2003 Chris started Richmond Import Service. His goal then and still is today to give the best service at a fair price. We strive very hard to have the best possible technicians & staff to service our customers and their vehicles. Here at Richmond Imports we have developed relationships with many of our customers who want honest work and well maintained, reliable vehicles. With that many of our customer cars these days are well beyond 200K miles and several are in the excess of 400K miles.
